Amazon’s Kindle 2 Release Date?

CrunchGear is predicting a Kindle 2 release at the upcoming Amazon press conference slated for Monday, February 9 at the Morgan Library & Museum.

New features are expected to wow current Kindle users and there’s a big buzz about this product. However, are any of you tech gurus that like to stay connected to an analog lifestyle everynow and then (read “books”) a little underwhelmed at this announcement?

I’m keeping my uber cool note-taking pen and sticking to paperbacks.
