Consultants – Track Application Usage for Targeted Technology Implementations

I’m aiming this short article to consultants, but this technology can be applicable in many different circumstances. Usually when you think about a communication tool within a corporation, you are thinking about email or AIM. However, employees are indirectly communicating with their organization all the time. Consider an employee who tracks his/her career goals in a new web-based “performance and career management portal” Company A purchased to manage career development. This communication has been relegated to a browser. Or consider an employee who is asked to track their daily ideas by yammering or emailing a superior. The types of technology that an organization’s people consider the status quo changes from company to company.

Wakoopa Usage

Wakoopa tracks application usage and charts it by usage over time. This allows a consultant to quickly ascertain the status quo technology and trends of technology usage within a corporation. Does the idea of tracking application usage seem a little too big brother-ish?

What are some other potential uses for this new app?
