As if online advertising expenditures weren’t ridiculously low compared, to say, newspaper advertising…now it looks like the web spending acceleration seen in 2007 has been slowed pretty heavily. For now, this is obvious for small businesses, unless you are a heavy web-user based business… the 1st thing to go is that unpredictable webvertising that is run by the single IT guy on your staff.
