Wikileaks uploads thousands of quasi-secret congressional reports

Wikileaks, the online whistleblower organization, has made thousands of Congressional Research Service reports, from 1990 to date, available to the public. There are some really interesting ones in there, including ones on DTV, federal assistance for broadband adoption, and internet regulation. Take a look.
